Here is the Retiring Products list!  Remember, items are only available while supplies last including stamps, now that we are past May 22. If you can’t find it in the online store then maybe it isn’t available. Be sure you search by item number if you can’t find it by name or category.

Stampin’ Up! Retiring Products 2016

Shop Stampin’ Up! Retiring Products in the Online Store

Online Ordering will be down from midnight until 3:00 AM (MT) on June 1st while Stampin’ Up! transitions the system to the 2016-17 annual catalog. During this time, no orders can be placed in Online Ordering.  You can order products from the new catalog starting at 3:00 AM (MT) on June 1st. (In case you can’t sleep and want to be putting in your order in the middle of the night or very early morning!!!)  You can imagine, with all the excitement over a new catalog there can be glitches in the computer system, slow load times due to heavy traffic, and any other kinds of hiccups. Just come back and try again. Do not try to put in your new order the night before – actually you wouldn’t even be able to enter the new product numbers – but any time there is a special, if you enter items before the special, when the offer or catalog goes live, you just have to do it over again for the computer to register the new items.

Let me know in the meantime if you have any questions or need any assistance.

JUNE SPECIAL:  For the month of June, hosts can get $35 in Extra Stampin’ Rewards when you host a stamping event with $350 or more in sales. This can be your own gigantic order or get some stamping friends together! Let me know if you have a group of friends you want to tie together in a workshop order and I can give you a Hostess Code so that each can order but you can get credit as the Hostess.  That’s more money you can use for products in the new annual catalog, and you know there are PLENTY of new products you’ll want to bring home. Remember, Stampin’ Rewards can be used on a Starter Kit, so this is a great time for potential recruits to start their business for less.

JUNE SPECIAL FOR NEW RECRUITS: Just announced today, new recruits to Stampin’ Up! in June, if you would like to start your own stamping business, will be able to choose TWO FREE STAMP SETS in your Starter Kit (excluding Bundles and Kits). Depending on what stamp sets you choose, this could have a value as high as $104! The Starter Kit is what you purchase to become a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator!  You can sign up Online HERE (offer begins June 1) and have your Demonstrator number in minutes! From that moment on, you are entitled to the Demonstrator discount and perks and can start making plans for starting your business in whatever manner you choose. If you prefer, you can fill out the forms and mail them in. (That’s how we used to do it!) The Starter Kit is $99 but you choose $125 worth of product to go in it! In addition, you get $50 in business supplies to help you get started! This FREE STAMPS offer is good June 1 -30.

To find out about joining Stampin’ Up!, just click HERE.

Just to tell you what is possible with Stampin’ Up! if you choose to do the work, the Demonstrators who earned it are on the Stampin’ Up! cruise to the Mediterranean this week! It takes work but is not impossible! Even if you just join for the discount, you may discover that you want to accomplish more!

One more week for the Stampin’ Up! Retiring Products list so be sure to check it out!

Get Extra Stampin’ Rewards in June with the New Stampin’ Up! Catalog!

Stampin Rewards Extra Banner

What could be as exciting as getting the new Stampin’ Up! Catalog in June?  Maybe getting extra hostess rewards with your order?!! During the month of June, Stampin’ Up! will offer hosts with a $350 or more event (or your own order!) an EXTRA $35 in Stampin’ Rewards! Stampin’ Rewards can even be used on Starter Kits if you wish to become a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator and start your own business.

If you would like to have some friends get together and have a stamping party or class, let me know and we can plan something. Or do what some of my customers do out-of-town, get some friends to stamp together for fun, and gather orders together along with your own. I can give you a Hostess Code to use if you want to tie several individual orders together and get credit toward your hostess total, whether or not you reach the $350. As long as you have an order total of $150, you qualify for 10% in Hostess Rewards.

Blended Bloom Shimmery Thank You Card

Blended Bloom Shimmery Thank You Card

We are in the midst of the Stampin’ Up! transition to the new catalog with the Retiring Products List and two of the retiring products on the list are on this Blended Bloom Shimmery Thank You Card. The Retiring List is a list of products going away by May 31st (if not sooner) in order to make room for the exciting new products and stamp sets in the new Stampin’ Up! 2016-17 catalog coming out June 1, 2016.

This beautiful stamp, Blended Bloom Wood-Mount Stamp Set, is a single wood-mount stamp. If you are in to the adult coloring craze, this is a good stamp for coloring! You can stamp it as many times as you like without having to buy an expensive coloring book! This stamp is discounted by a few dollars on the Retiring List, so check it out!

I stamped this beautiful flower on Shimmery White Card Stock with Stazon Ink. Shimmery White paper holds up to watercoloring pretty well, better than Whisper White, although Watercolor Paper still is the best.  But I love the shimmer on the Shimmery White Paper. I think you can see it a little bit in the photo above. I used my Aqua Painter and ink refills to color in the flower, then cut it out with Paper Snips.

The card base is Rich Razzleberry Card Stock (as is the main color of ink on the flower) with a Shimmery White layer. I wrapped a piece of White 1 1/4″ Jute Ribbon around the left side of the card using Fast Fuse to adhere the end and also to adhere it along the front of the card, but not all the way over to the right. Then I tied on some Linen Thread around the Jute and trimmed the end with my Craft Scissors (they are sold out!). Then I adhered the Blended Bloom flower using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

The greeting is from the Tin of Cards Photopolymer Stamp Set This stamp set is a great one to have, lots of great greetings plus a few little cutesy stamps that I have often used for just an extra little something on a project. I would also recommend you take a look at the Tin of Cards Project Kit because it is discounted right now and on the Retiring List! A great price and lots of crafting fun to make 16 cards!

Grab the Blended Bloom Stamp while you can and check out the other products used on the Blended Bloom Shimmery Thank You Card. Just change the greeting, of course, to make it a card for any occasion.

Time to Say Farewell to Stampin’ Up! Products

Retiring Stampin' Up! Products

Yesterday the Stampin’ Up! list of Retiring Products came out.  Wow!  I was quite surprised at a lot of them, but we’ll see!  Stampin’ Up! doesn’t usually leave us hanging so I think whatever we are missing will be replaced with something better and nicer for us! Really, I haven’t taken it all in yet.  I did mark my catalog last night, using a Sharpie to mark the retiring products. Now I’ll have to go back through and take stock in my mind what all the things were!

(for your sorting pleasure!)

I hope you received my special newsletter yesterday with the list. If you didn’t, check your Spam folder just in case it went in there. If you are reading this and aren’t on my Mailing List, go ahead and sign up in the box and you will be good to go for receiving all the latest news on this catalog transition from the retiring catalog to the brand new catalog coming June 1st! Make sure you “Confirm” your email subscription after you initially fill out the form.  You will get an email with a link you need to click to make it all official.  Some people never do this little step and miss out! It’s a pretty standard practice with emails to make sure we have your permission.

As you can imagine, every excited stamper was on the Stampin’ Up! website trying to shop and get information as soon as the list came out yesterday so there were a lot of website problems, crashes and slowdowns. If you had any problems, try again today or tomorrow. Frustrating for sure, but it shows how much everyone loves Stampin’ Up! products!

Things to Remember:

  • Accessories will be available while supplies last.
  • Due to high demand for retiring stamps, we’ll keep producing retiring stamps until May 22 (Accessories are only while supplies last).
  • The lists of retiring products will be updated every business day by 4:00 PM (MT).

Enjoy shopping!  Let me know if you have any questions! This is a fun time!

It’s the Last Stampin’ Up! Weekly Deals!

Last Week for Stampin’ Up! Weekly Deals!

Stampin’ Up! is changing things up!  This will be the last week for the Stampin’ Up! Weekly Deals as we know them. In the future, Stampin’ Up! will periodically have “Special Offers”. And of course there is still the Clearance Rack for bargains.

One of my favorite products is on the Weekly Deals:  the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits Dies!! And stars are so versatile!  They can be used for birthdays, congratulations, graduation, just for you, any occasion almost!  Be sure to take note of the Stars Framelits Dies!

Click on any of the photos below to see the product! You’ve got to add some of these items to your order this week!

Stampin’ Up! Weekly News and Deals

Stampin' Up! Weekly Deals Banner

Last week Stampin’ Up! announced there were changes coming to the Stampin’ Up! Weekly Deals and now we know! This week and next week are the last two weeks for Stampin’ Up! Weekly Deals as we have known them.  Instead, Stampin’ Up! will have “Special Offers” every few months with more products and price tiers than the Weekly Deals. Plus, there is still the Clearance Rack. But in the meantime, we DO still have Weekly Deals and a LOT of them this week!  These deals are good today through April 11. Click on the Weekly Deals below!

Do You Need Trimmer Blades???  I Do!!

Trimmer Blades

We received a shipment of Stampin’ Trimmer Cutting Blades (item 126995) and they will be available to order beginning today, April 5, at 12:00 (noon) (MT).

Keep in mind that when this supply of blades is depleted, they will return to “not orderable” status until we receive the next shipment. The supply we’re receiving would typically last one month; however, we expect that the blades will run out much faster since they haven’t been orderable for several weeks.

Retirement Coming Soon!

Not mine, (at least I hope not!), but the Stampin’ Up! Retirement List! Retiring products from the Annual Catalog and the Occasions Catalog will be posted sometime on April 18. In May, I’ll be able to start sending out new catalogs to my customers. If you do not have a Demonstrator you are working with and would like a catalog when they are available, please contact me. I would love to be your Demonstrator!

From past experience we know that certain items on the Retirement List can go fast, so I urge you to perhaps order anything you really want out of these current catalogs ahead of time or be ready to order that first day the list comes out. This is usually especially true of the retiring In Colors and ink refills. You just never know, so just something to keep in mind!

That’s it for today!  Check out those Stampin’ Up! Weekly Deals and order those extra Trimmer Blades if you need them!

Stampin’ Up! Weekly Deals

Stampin' Up! Weekly Deal Mar 2016

Here are the new Stampin’ Up! Weekly Deals for March 15 – 21, 2016.  Lots of interesting things this week!

The Cherry on Top Cotton Paper Assortment is very pretty and fun to use to make flowers, pom poms, treat bags, envelopes, lots of things! You get four each of these pretty colors: Bermuda Bay, Crushed Curry, Cucumber Crush, and Watermelon Wonder, all in 12″ x 12″ sheets. Use the Fringe Scissors with it to make certain flowers to fringe on projects!

The Festive Flower Punch was first introduced in the past Holiday Catalog for making poinsettias. But now, in the Occasions Catalog, it coordinates with the Friends and Flowers Stamp Set. And in fact, you CAN still purchase the Reason for the Season Stamp Set to go with the punch as it was carried over to the Occasions Catalog. It’s actually cheaper if you want the Bundle with the stamp set and punch, to purchase the Reason for the Season Photopolymer Bundle, than to get them separately even with the punch on sale!

The Fringe Scissors are just a fun tool to own! I used mine the other day, not for grass, not for flowers, not for fringe – but for shredding!! I had just a few papers going in the trash that I thought might be better if I shredded part of the personal info on them. Being too lazy to go drag out the shredder, I just used my Fringe Scissors to cut up the papers! You wouldn’t want to tackle a whole stack of paper this way, but it worked for the little bit I had! Just cut both ways and you have teeny tiny pieces. Or make confetti this way!!

The Gold Foil Sheets I have used a lot in my projects!  Sometimes it is nice just to have that little bit of gold on a card or project! Get some extra at this price just to keep on hand for when the need arises! (The Silver Foil Sheets are also pictured but this deal is just on the Gold sheets.)

The Happy Patterns Decorative Masks are just one of those extras you might enjoy playing with. Use the masks (stencils) to decorate backgrounds for a little extra fun! Spritz or rub on color or use in various other ways. Not an essential, but if you are a little more artsy, you might having another tool in your Stampin’ Up! arsenal!

Only two more weeks left of Sale-A-Bration! Go over your Wish List and see what else you want while you can get something for FREE with a $50 purchase – with EACH $50 purchase!  No limit! At $150 you will receive Hostess Benefits as well, even without hosting a party! If you need just a little extra to reach the $50, consider something from the Clearance Rack or the Stampin’ Up! Weekly Deals.

Here are the new Stampin’ Up! Weekly Deals for you!  These are good today through Monday, February 29. Wow!  February is almost gone, and it is a Leap Year so we get an extra day in February!

This week we have a flower punch, the Flower Medallion Punch, that coordinates with the flower in Crazy About You. You can also use it to punch cardstock or designer paper to make a multitude of flowers!  The Happy Heart Embossing Folder just got a workout for Valentine’s Day, but of course hearts aren’t just for Valentine’s Day!  You can use it for any sweet card, birthdays, anniversaries, all occasions really.  The Stars Framelits Dies are great to have on hand!  I’m a big believer in having “stars” to use on all kinds of cards such as congratulations, graduation, kids’ cards, 4th of July, birthdays – you name it!

We also have the 2015-17 In Color Stampin’ Write Markers on sale!  I use my markers a lot in various projects.  And if you don’t own all the ink colors, you can get by with the markers.  Just color directly on the stamp with the marker. And if you like buttons, we have the Classy Designer Buttons which are a vanilla color. Great neutral to use for many projects, but if you prefer, color them with Sharpies for a custom color.

Stampin’ Up! Weekly Deal Feb 2 2016

Stampin' Up! Weekly Deal Feb 2 2016
How exciting to see one of my favorite products on these Weekly Deals! Can you guess what it is??  It’s the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits Dies! I love making the mini treat bags, but they’re not just “treat bags”!  You can use them as cards or gift card holders or vary the size and shape, whatever your creative mind comes up with! Plus you get all kinds of extra dies to use not just with these bags but any time (I need to remember that!!). Save $10 this week if you want to purchase these fun dies!

The Decorative Label Punch has always been a favorite so if it’s not in your collection already, you might want to put it on your order. The Gold 1/8″ Ribbon is one I have used a LOT!  Being so thin you can add it as a smaller accent and of course the metallic gold color really adds an oomph to your project!

Stampin’ Up! Weekly Deals and Clearance Rack items all count toward Sale-A-Bration, the popular Stampin’ Up! promotion where you choose a free product from the Sale-A-Bration Brochure for every $50 you spend with Stampin’ Up! Remember, products on pages 16 – 19 are available only through February 15! After that there will be some NEW items available through the rest of Sale-A-Bration, while supplies last!

Save $5 on a 3-Month Prepaid Paper Pumpkin Subscription

And one more DEAL to think about!!  If you love crafting, but want to keep it simple or don’t have many supplies, or like a surprise, or even if you have an overflowing craft room, don’t forget about the Prepaid 3-Month Paper Pumpkin Subscription.  Save $5 during Sale-A-Bration and you will qualify for a free Sale-A-Bration product! Put the subscription on your regular Stampin’ Up! order and choose your free Sale-A-Bration product from the brochure. (I suggest ordering other things along with the subscription because you will pay minimum shipping for the SAB item even though the item is free.) Once you are a subscriber, you can order any past kits or refills that are still available. If you order by February 10th, you will receive the February Kit that goes out mid-February! This is also good to add to your order and perhaps reach Hostess Benefits! Stampin’ Up! will email me you a code and tell you how to activate your account!  Let me know if you have any questions!
